I certainly can attest to the fact that Moonstone is a superb stone for calming, hormonal balance and sleep disturbances. However, when placed with Aquamarine, there is an added angelic frequency that seems to ease many of the symptoms that people are reporting that deal with the frequency shift of the Earth at this time such as anxiety, heart palpitations, muscle aches, dizziness, fatigue, etc. The combination of Moonstone and Aquamarine seems to soothe the nervous system so that the body can activate its natural healing energies. It's all part of getting a bigger picture than my own little experience alone. Then there are those times when we get the same thing, and it reinforces what we already know and feel. My moonstone experience is just as you have described Mary! For my female friends and customers that have shared with me, moonstone has been a definite favourite. For myself, I get a soothing and calming feeling from moonstone, with a mental introspection if I can sit with it for a while in peace. I find there are stages to feeling a stone, as you sit and get into a more settled state, the barriers of caffeine and adrenalin dip a bit and one can get a better read. I think as a man the female energies of moonstone need me to let them envelope me before I get the multiple chakra stimulation of a brilliant multi-coloured rainbow moonstone. As an additonal piece of moonstone lore, it is a stone to be sewn into the wedding dress for good fortune and Yin energy on an auspicious day!
