Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful hands-on healing method. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) Rei is a Japanese word which can be translated as "universal or spiritually guided", and ki, the "energy or life force present".

While Reiki often allows the animal to experience the sense of immediate relaxation and well-being, benefits from this treatment are subtly manifested over time continuing to improve your pet's overall health. This is an excellent way to help your pet make the transition into a new home or a home with a new addition or loss.

As an animal is most comfortable in their own environment, in-person Reiki treatments for your pet are best provided in your home. If your pet has recently undergone surgery and is still at the Veterinarian's, arrangements can be made to visit your pet.

However, if your pet is small and can travel in its cage (birds, mice, guinea pigs, bunnies) and are not seriously ill, treatments are available at Master Healer.
