Shipping

1. Orders are shipped within two days of receipt of your order. Our shipping agent is Canada Post, but depending upon location and time constraints, we may choose to ship by UPS or CANPAR. In all cases, we pass on our discounted rates to you, our customer. We do not operate our Shipping Service as a profit center. Shipping costs will be adjusted, if multiple items are ordered, after shipment. A refund will then be issued through Paypal.
2. All orders will receive email confirmation to indicate that the order has been received and your item has been shipped.
3. Master Healer takes no responsibility for any loss, damages or delay that may occur.
4. We currently do not require orders to be signed for when delivered.
5. For environmental reasons, packing slips will not be shipped with any order. Customers are encouraged to use the emailed invoice as a guide instead.

Taxes & Duties

Any import duties and custom charges for international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser, should they occur.

Return Policy

1. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within one week of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. Similarly, all returns must be received by us within seven business days to qualify for a refund.
2. All product returns require an authorization number which may be obtained by contacting Master Healer as listed below.

3. All returns are to be sent to Master Healer for assessment. The statement 'Goods Returning to Manufacturer' must be stated on all packages. All returns must be shipped by ground Postal Service to avoid any customs and brokerage charges. If returned by any other shipping method, customers will be responsible for those charges.
4. All products must be returned in saleable condition. If we do not receive the merchandise or if it is damaged, we will not issue a refund.

Privacy Policy

As we are paid through a secure site, Paypal, we have no access to your credit card information and any personal information you provide when you order, stays with Master Healer. Your information is safe with us.
