The sound from the crystal healing bowls are comforting, relaxing and meditative and at the same time, brings the body into harmony on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

A "singing" crystal bowl is a bowl created from pure quartz crystal. The bowl is tuned to the diatonic musical scale and when played, resonates or "sings" its note, opening and balancing the corresponding Energy or Chakra centers of the body.

In a Sound Therapy treatment or attunement, the client lies down fully clothed on a massage table as crystal healing bowls are placed on or near the body and toned depending upon the individuals needs.
