A "singing" crystal bowl is a bowl precisely manufactured from pure quartz crystal. The bowl is tuned to the diatonic musical scale and when played, resonates or "sings" its note, opening and balancing the corresponding energy or chakra centers of the body.

The sound from the crystal healing bowl is comforting, relaxing and meditative and at the same time, brings the body into harmony on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
